Premium products from accurate process: chain sheet through forging, quality adjustment ( quenching process, ensure the hardness of the chain core over HRC 32, walking rail surface hardness over HRC 55 , and have good structural organization); transfer to the workshop, first to the raw chain for polishing, and then through CNC processing equipment processing (filled by grease and fitted with polyurethane seals to prevent abrasive materials from entering the internal pin & bush), then chain, pin and other accessories assembly, pressure of each chain is fixed, to ensure that each chain position is the same.
