The bulldozer steering is not sensitive: the right steering is not sensitive, after the joystick action, sometimes can turn, sometimes slow response.
It is preliminarily concluded that the fault occurs in:
① the steering clutch does not completely separate or slip.
②the steering brake does not work.

For 1, the reasons why the clutch cannot be completely separated, or skid are: the external cause is the insufficient oil pressure to operate the steering clutch. The pressure of port B and C is not much different, because only the right steering of the machine is not sensitive, the left steering is normal, indicating that the oil pressure is enough, the fault cannot be here. The internal cause is that the internal structure of the clutch fails. For internal causes, we have to carry out disintegration inspection, more complex, not checked temporarily.

For 2, there are three reasons why the steering brake does not work:

① The brake oil pressure is insufficient. Measure the pressure in ports D and E, which may be excluded.

② Friction piece slip, because the machine use time is not long, the possibility of friction piece wear is relatively small.

③ Brake stroke is too large and the possibility of the clutch internal structure fault is also eliminated, the fault is in the brake stroke is too large.
