Buller startup is difficult: stop after normal use, poor startup, smoke exhaust is not large. When using the manual pump first, the amount of oil pumped is not large, but there is no air in the oil flow. When the manual pump is working quickly, the vacuum generated is very large, and the pump oil piston will be automatically sucked back. Judge the oil road without leakage phenomenon, is because the oil road is blocked by impurities. The causes of oil blockage are as follows:

① rubber oil pipe rubber layer off or fall off and the oil blocked. Because the machine is not long, the possibility of aging is small, so it is temporarily excluded.

② If the fuel tank is not cleaned or uses unclean diesel oil for a long time, the impurities in the tank are sucked into the oil circuit and concentrated in the narrow oil circuit or the filter to blocking the oil circuit. Remove the filter element, be dirty, and replace the filter element. At the same time, check the oil channel, smooth. The test machine still cannot start normally, excluding this possibility.

③ Wax blocks the oil circuit or “water” blocks the oil circuit. Due to the cold weather in the winter, preliminary judgment fault here, after asking that use is diesel, and oil and water separator never pass water, because just check oil not found wax blocked oil, so the final judgment fault in the “water” plugging, screw water plug, water, oil water separator found inside ice slag, cleared after normal work, troubleshooting.
