The material is forged from 35MnB/40Mn2 material, and after tempering heat treatment in the whole pit-type furnace to further optimise its material and densification, the hardness is 28-32 after tempering. After medium frequency heat treatment of the whole ring, the hardness from the bottom of the tooth tip to the surface of the tooth root can reach 50-55, and the hardness thickness can reach more than 0.5cm.
